As career coaches, we assist attorneys in addressing a variety of professional issues including career assessment, termination, desire to change careers, conflicts with co-workers or supervisors and balancing work and family life.  Although each case is unique, our goal is to maximize each individual’s career potential and personal satisfaction.  Once career goals and objectives are set, we assist clients in developing the skills to remedy their current situation or to proceed with a successful career transition. 

Our rates are billed hourly and vary with the services provided.  Although face-to-face coaching is preferred, telephone coaching sessions are available to accommodate clients.
